Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities
Support recruiters in delivering end-to-end Mass Recruitment projects, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and availability.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Perform market mapping and candidate research to support recruitment projects.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Third-year/final-year students who can commit to a full-time internship with at least 6 months of experience in Mass Recruitment or recruitment-related activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and assess candidates effectively.
High motivation and willingness to learn, especially in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Task-oriented and detail-focused, with strong organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
