Juvenis Maxime is an academy that uniquely prepares young people for success at university & career through the provision of advanced critical thinking development and other academic training, in addition to life skills and well-being sessions. We are expanding into a career exploration program for highschoolers to help them explore possible careers.
As such, we are seeking part-time Career Instructors with a long-term commitment to guide secondary school students in exploring career paths across various industries. The ideal candidates will contribute to skill development, career assessments, and practical training while inspiring students through industry simulations and hands-on project.
1. Job Description
• Guide and support secondary school students in exploring and understanding industries such as IT, Finance-Accounting, Law, Healthcare Sciences, Logistics, Marketing, Architecture, Tourism & Hospitality, and Business Administration through program activities.
• Organize and deliver training on practical job-related skills and industry knowledge to prepare students for future careers.
• Encourage active student participation in industry simulation activities and role-playing games.
• Share personal knowledge and experiences in their respective fields to inspire students.
• Assist with career assessments and initial evaluations to help students identify fields suited to their personalities and interests.
• Develop practical projects for students to work on.
• Conduct workshops and counseling sessions to provide deeper insights into career pathways and future educational choices.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students develop essential career skills.
• Work under the guidance of foreign experts from various fields.
