Mô tả công việc
Lead the market expansion, customer acquisition and sales growth of global market, including but not limited to US, EU, Australia & NZL, China, and ASEAN;
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team with the right culture in place;
Market research, and industrial analysis, customer acquisition strategy, sales strategy development and executio;
Responsible the entire sales funnel and KPIs of sales & profitability;
Build long-lasting customer relationship and partnership to foster sustainable growth;
Oversee and manage the business operations budget;
Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best service offerings to customers;
Coordinating with Marketing team on brand promotions activities, lead generation, and customer care activities;
Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to BoD;
Frequent travel to greet and meet with potential customers;
Location: Hanoi or HCM.

Yêu cầu
At least 5 years of experience in the leader position of Business Development/Sales/Customer Acquisition in the IT industry for the global market;
Experienced in building and leading the sales function with the team of >= 5 people;
Strong leadership, communication and inter-personal skills;
Fluent spoken and written English;
Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms...;
Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development;
Knowledge of modern software technologies is an advantage (Software Development, AI, Data Platform, Cloud, System Integration, ...);
Good at MS Office and working tools;
Travel for work when required.
Experienced in building and leading the sales function with the team of >= 5 people;

Salary: Negotiable;
Probation salary is 100% of the official salary;
Income includes: base salary, KPI salary, commission;
13th-month salary and performance review twice a year;
Bonus for special occasions each year (Labor Day, National Day, Solar New Year, Lunar New Year);
Employee's professional certification and training allowances subject to company regulations;
Health Care Insurance;
Annual Health Assessment;
Social, health and unemployment insurance following government policy;
