Position: Regional Enterprise Applications Manager
Annual Bonus: Up to 3-4 months' salary
About Our ClientOur client is a well-established multinational company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector, with a strong presence across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
As part of its continued regional growth and digital transformation journey, the company is looking for an experienced Regional Enterprise Applications Manager to lead its ERP strategy, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across ASEAN markets.
This is a strategic regional position working closely with senior business leaders, country management teams, IT teams, and external technology partners.
Key Responsibilities1. ERP Strategy &
Roadmap
Define and maintain a clear regional ERP strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
Develop and manage multi-year ERP roadmaps covering system implementations, upgrades, harmonization, optimization, and potential system convergence.
Evaluate existing and future ERP solutions to ensure scalability, system performance, operational efficiency, and business fit within a high-growth environment.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize enterprise application landscapes across regional operations.
2. ERP Governance &
• Change Management
Establish and lead regional ERP governance frameworks.
Implement standardized processes for change requests, system enhancements, testing, approvals, and prioritization.
Coordinate business and IT stakeholders to ensure ERP initiatives are appropriately evaluated and delivered.
Ensure consistent ERP standards, processes, controls, and documentation across ASEAN markets.
Establish and maintain appropriate user access rights and system authorization policies.
3. ERP Implementation &
• Lifecycle Management
Lead regional ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects across multiple countries.
Coordinate local and regional business, IT, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Oversee the full ERP lifecycle, including deployment, stabilization, optimization, support, and continuous improvement.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, consultants, and other external technology partners.

Business
Partnership &
• Enterprise Application Development
Act as a strategic technology partner to regional and country business leaders, including Country General Managers and ASEAN leadership teams.
Understand business challenges and translate operational requirements into scalable ERP functionalities and enterprise solutions.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Projects, and other functions to improve end-to-end business processes.
Identify opportunities to expand ERP capabilities beyond traditional accounting and finance functions.
Drive greater business value through areas such as operational integration, analytics, workflow automation, and process digitalization.
5. Change, Adoption &
• Capability Building
Lead change management and user adoption activities for ERP and enterprise application initiatives.
Develop effective training strategies and user support models across ASEAN countries.
Establish and strengthen key-user and super-user communities within different business functions.
Improve ERP adoption and ensure employees effectively utilize available system capabilities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
Job RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise applications, ERP management, or digital transformation programs.
Strong preference for candidates with experience working in regional, multi-country, or ASEAN environments.
Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with one or more major ERP platforms such as:
SAP
Oracle
Microsoft Dynamics
Or equivalent enterprise ERP solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across areas such as:
Finance &
• Accounting
Supply Chain
Operations
Project Management
Procurement and related enterprise functions
Experience establishing ERP governance frameworks, change management processes, and application standards.
Experience managing ERP vendors, system integrators, and external technology partners.
Skills &
• Competencies
Strong strategic thinking combined with practical ERP delivery experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with senior business leaders.
Strong project and change management capabilities.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working across different countries, functions, and cultures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English is required.
