The Regional Manager will develop and grow our client business across the South East Asian (SEA) region and contribute significantly to realising our short term goals as well as develop and execute on our growth strategy in the SEA region. You will be reporting to our Regional Director.
Description
* Develop sales strategy for each country, identify target customers and opportunities within company growth plans.
* Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory in accordance with the set goals and objectives. Ensure the implementation of the sales plan and the achievement of goals:
* Project sales - purebred animals from Europe
* Gene-pro and Nucleus management contracts
* Responsible for the full cycle of cooperation with clients from proactive contact establishment to closing deals and after-sales service.
* Monitor competitive activity in each market/customer and formulate appropriate response strategies.
* Determine pricing strategy, prepare sales budgets and manage the contracting process to close deals.
* Develop effective communication within the team to ensure a smooth sales and shipment process to customers
* Receive, monitor and resolve or ensure that customer complaints/requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, in close collaboration with other colleagues, to meet customer expectation and ensure they are retained.
* Record the results of customer meetings and plan future actions to successfully close the sale. Keep your sales funnel up to date.
* Understand the situation on the market and the main players in the area of responsibility.
* Establish and build strong relationships with clients.
* Develop sales strategy for each country, identify target customers and opportunities within company growth plans.
* Responsible for direct sales to own customer portfolio and regional Key Accounts in co-operation with HQ KAMs
Profile
* Bachelor or Master's degree (Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or Animal Nutrition)
* Work experience in pig production is a strong plus
* Strong management skills
* Sales and account management experience
* Adept at persuasive selling and sales processes
* In-depth understanding of business environment and sales financial
* Strong cultural understanding
* Good at leading from a distance
* High level of English in speaking and writing
* Good negotiation, presentation and contractual skills
