Position: Regional Sales Manager
Education: University
Major: Pharmacy
Experience: At least 03 years as same RSM position.
Salary: Negotiation
Sales incentive: in Quarter
- Job responsibilities:
- Territory management:
- Sales performance
- Achieve the sales target Quarterly and Yearly
- Implement marketing strategies & action plan for the assigned territories.
- Propose developing plan for assigned territories.
- Build up & develop good relationship with customers (Hospitals, Clinic, Insurance, SOH, DAV...)
- Set sales target, KPI for individual and monitor performance.
- Control expenses aligned with approved annual budget effectively.
- Cooperate with other departments for solving any issue in the territories.
- Tenders
- Ensure winning current tenders with higher quota.
- Develop new tender (new products/new hospitals) yearly.
- Others
- Submit monthly report to direct manager with content and time as regulation.
- Plan business travel schedule
- Additional assigned tasks by BOD
- People management:
- Supervise the Medical Representatives to ensure adherence to the working plan.
- Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate and train the team.
- Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge - develop, manage team to achieve their performance.
- Compliance:
- Ensure the promotional activities align with company policy and regulations.
