Regulatory Affairs Assistant Manager (Contractor - 8 Months)

JOB PURPOSE
The role of Regulatory Affairs is to Grow PC BU Unilever's competitiveness through a proactive Regulatory function that assures compliance, creates external space for innovation drives external Advocacy on new regulations.
The job holder needs to support registration process and guidance for the innovation projects of Personal Care categories in Vietnam for Innovation.
Responsibilities
Innovation
Supporting All the Local Vietnam Innovation Projects Process and strategy For Personal Care (Skin Cleansing, Oral Care and Deo)
Supporting & understanding The Smart Claims Strategy by Providing Regulatory input for claim assessment, risk level, mitigation and action through Local Claim Forum
Collaborating with RND, Legal, Marketing and CTI to obtain support for defensing Vietnam FDA /DOH claim challenges by approaching with FDA to get its approval.
Providing inputs on new innovation regarding formulation or ingredients used in accordance with local regulation, and collaboration with VNRA Compliance team.
Communicating and updating the information on issues, issue management, and new regulations (if any) to Regional RA and Local PC RND in Vietnam.
Advocacy
- Provide input on Local PC BU Advocacy Agenda to RA PC Regional SEA ID & RA Vietnam Advocacy Country Lead
- Collaboration with Vietnam RA BW Country lead for supporting UL Cosmetic Advocacy Agenda.
