Regulatory Affairs Executive

Purpose of the Role:
Ensure full compliance of PVM confectionery products (mainly chewing gum, candies) with laws and technical standards applicable to Food Industry as well as Group's policies. Territories involved: Vietnam
Main activities are related to: ingredient list preparation, food additives, raw materials compliant verification, food and labelling rules, implement and use the regulatory database
Requirements for the role: basic knowledge of raw materials used in food, additives limits, food and labelling laws, accuracy, flexibility, good English, communication skills. Reporting to Regulatory Affairs Manager.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (TO BE MANAGED WITH THE TEAM):
1. Check raw materials specifications (ingredients, additives, flavorings, processing aids, etc.);
2. Ensure the legal compliance of products with national food legislation/standards in force in Vietnam (preparing ingredient lists, nutritional information, check labels, claims, pictorials....);
3. Prepare and issue ingredient lists and nutrition information upon recipe shared by RDQ;
4. Implement and use the regulatory database;
5. Check the product labels providing the final approval according to local regulations to ensure the compliance;
6. Support in the preparation on administrative activities (preparation of documents such as registration file) required by national authority/Customs to import/sell products;
