Reliability Engineer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Reliability Engineer role is based in Hanoi and focuses on ensuring the long-term performance and stability of display manufacturing processes and equipment.
The Reliability
Engineer will monitor equipment performance, collect and analyze data, and identify patterns that impact reliability and product quality. Daily responsibilities include conducting failure analysis, performing root cause investigations, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance plans, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Engineer will document findings, prepare reports, and contribute to standards and guidelines that enhance equipment uptime and process robustness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance skills.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities.
Candidates should possess experience with Failure Analysis and root cause investigation.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or display technology environments is beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reliability modeling software is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally on-site.
