- We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work as a team member in a marketing team and plays the roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:
+ Manage Company 's media channels (website - Company Forum, social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit), email marketing software, maintain contents daily to assure quality control.
+ Monitor and manage web and social analytics and conduct regular competitor analysis.
+ Plan, ideate & implement Digital Marketing campaigns to improve user acquisitions and retention.
+ Regularly track and monitor the performance of all digital campaigns.
+ Perform regular A/B testing to improve conversion rates of landing pages, display ads, emails, and other channels.
+ Create monthly analytics and performance reports to the Management team on all Digital Marketing activities and channel growth (for Paid, Earned and Owned Media).
+ Liaise with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Possess essential knowledge and practical skills in Digital Marketing such as SEO, Performance Marketing & CRO, Marketing Analytics, Social Media Marketing, PR & Online Reputation Management, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Vietnamese) and ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and solutions in Digital Marketing.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Prior remote work experience is preferred.
- Prior working experience in an agency is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Salary: 800- 1000$
- Working time:
+ Monday - Friday: 08h00 - 17h00 (around 160 hours per month)
+ Company has tool for tracking working time
+ Employees don't need to work overtime. In case employees have to work overtime, company will pay salary
+ Company don't have day-off. In case employees have day off, they must make up for lost time to ensure the total hour per month. Otherwise, they will not receive salary for the days they are absent.
