Mô tả công việc
• Prepare internal weekly, monthly performance (actual record & forecasts) deck for BOD, performance review with regional director & periodically performance & strategy with Joint venture
• Consolidate monthly performance, budget, and 3-year/5-year planning, understand key driver/segment of each business
• Execute calculation & define rationale of fluctuations of internal group recharge monthly
• Standardize & maintain consistency between all BUs reporting process
• Comprehend each component underlying within consolidation reports, Organization chart which relates to OPEX spending
• Support ad-hoc analytical reports for regional reporting team & BOD for decision-making process
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor in finance/accounting/auditing
• 2 to 3-year experience, in retail industry or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI/Power pivot is a plus
• Solution-oriented, Time management, Interpersonal skills & strong communication in Vietnamese & English
• Strong numerical skills, financial statement analysis
