Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine new menu items for Pizza Hut Vietnam and other emerging brands in the JRG portfolio.
Assist in the inception and operational setup of new brands, taking charge of kitchen operations during the pilot phase.
Prepare, cook, and fulfill orders efficiently and consistently, followinag standardized recipes and processes.
Support other administrative tasks such as documenting recipes, preparing job aids, and calculating food costs.
Ensure quality control and timely order fulfillment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Availability to commit 8 hours per day, 5 weekdays per week, for 3-6 months.
Academic background in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is a plus.
Prior kitchen experience is preferable, but on-the-job training is also provided.
A passion for the F&B industry and enthusiasm for hands-on roles in a professional kitchen.
Basic English skills for reading comprehension.
Basic familiarity with kitchen operations: understanding cooking techniques, handling ingredients, and following recipes accurately.
Ability to work independently and follow through with tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in recipe execution and order fulfillment.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with chefs and other team members.
