R&D Formulation Team Leader

1. Job Purpose
To implement formulation research projects (OSD) and ensure the technical quality of products within the assigned group, supporting the R&D Center's goals from development to commercial production.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of specialized product research projects as assigned by the Director or Deputy Director of the R&D Center.
• Process Standardization: Organize the development and standardization of manufacturing processes for products within the assigned group to ensure technical consistency.
• Technical Documentation Support: Supervise the preparation of technical documentation and supporting materials required for the compilation of product registration dossiers.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Formulation Research - Pilot team and the Technology Transfer & Technical Assurance team to facilitate commercial production.
• Technical Problem Solving: Propose practical solutions to address technical issues or specific professional challenges encountered during the research process.
• Specialized Tasks: Engage in other specialized tasks and professional assignments as required by the direct manager.
