Mô tả công việc
Handle guest enquiries and reservations via phone, email and other channels.
Provide accurate information on room types, rates, hotel facilities and services.
Upsell and promote hotel products to maximize revenue.
Process new bookings, amendments, extensions and early departures.
Arrange accommodation, visas and activities for different guest segments.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Maintain reservation records and departmental documents.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene and service standards.
Attend meetings, briefings and trainings as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar hotel position is preferred
Good knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates and reservation procedures
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
