Mô tả công việc
Manage and handle reservation sales opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
Provide customer consultation, support, and service in accordance with brand standards.
Monitor room reservations, waitlists, and daily room revenue performance.
Coordinate with related departments to process rooming lists, contracts, and guest requests.
Support training, supervision, and work assignment for Reservations Sales staff.
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
Prepare reports, contracts, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
Good command of English communication skills.
