Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members.
Oversees daily operations of designated outlets and ensures compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
Plans manpower and schedules according to business demands.
Manages daily operations of In-Room Dining and Amenities requests.
Manages operations of Banquet and Event requests.
Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.
Manage and control operating equipment, utensils, assets, inventories of goods and other items within assigned areas; conduct regular inspections and propose replacement or additional purchases based on operational needs.
Mentor and guide individual team members' growth and identify short to long-term goals to ensure high employee engagement and welfare.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
High school education; University Diploma will be an advantage.
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good working knowledge of POS Micro, MC and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate fluently in English; other languages are a plus.
