- The Restaurant Manager is responsible of managing the human and physical assets of his/her assigned area of responsibilities within the framework of the established philosophy, policies and quality standards of the Meliá Danang, in order to achieve established profit goals while assuring optimum professional development of all employees directly responsible to him/her.
- Must at all times obtain guest satisfaction.
- To ensure guest satisfaction in order to increase sales by promoting repeat business.
- To directly implement and maintain the standard qualities pertaining to his/her particular area of responsibilities within the scope of the Food and Beverage Department to provide the best possible service to our guests.
- To directly give maximum care to the maintenance of the physical assets of the outlets within his responsibility in order to keep them in the best possible functional state.
- To ensure that all handling procedures for all perishable food or beverages are followed in order to guarantee maximum sanitation and quality of the finished product.
- To ensure that budget goals given to his/her area of responsibilities are attained, allowing the realization of the departmental profit.

Yêu cầu
- Good command of English
- At least 3 years experience at Supervisor level at 4 or 5 star Resort/Hotel.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
