Job Description
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest service.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain an efficient, motivated, and high-performing team.

Event & Catering Support: Coordinate catering services for events and special functions in partnership with relevant departments.
Performance Monitoring: Prepare routine operational reports and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
