Job Description
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional guest service.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain an efficient, motivated, and high-performing team.
Guest Experience: Deliver an outstanding dining experience by addressing customer concerns and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Financial Management: Control operating expenses, including inventory usage and labor costs, to support budget goals.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and contribute to driving revenue growth.
Quality Control: Ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Event & Catering Support: Coordinate catering services for events and special functions in partnership with relevant departments.
Performance Monitoring: Prepare routine operational reports and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Background in restaurant or hospitality management.
Proven experience in managing restaurant or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively supervising teams.
Excellent communication abilities and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with Italian cuisine and fine dining service is considered a plus.
