Mô tả công việc
• Arrange the shifts, check the style of uniforms, serving skills of food department staff, tables, and bars.
• Get requests from the division and assign work to the full time staff.
• Keep track of staff preparation activities; evaluate the quality of work performed.
• Make sure the preparation is ready before serving the customer.
• Monitor the staff's service procedures to ensure that they meet the standards of the hotel - restaurants, customers are satisfied.
• Flexible staffing support staff work when crowded.
• Support the setup process and customer service.
• Receive special requests, feedback from guests and coordinate with the relevant departments to satisfactorily settle the guests.
• Proactively solve problems occurring during the service, payment in accordance with the standard operation of hotels - restaurants.
• Carry out complaints about quality of service to avoid repeating the same error and save the contents to the monitoring log.
• Receive feedback and implementation information when approved to improve service quality.
• Professional training for new staff in accordance with the standards of the hotel - restaurant.
• Organize, supervise and ensure the effectiveness of training courses, improve professional skills for staff in the department.

Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related areas;
2. Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools;
3. Experience in 4 or 5-star Hospitality required;
4. Strong background in hotel operations;
5. Experience in partnering and working closely with different stakeholders at various levels
