Job Purpose:
To drive sell-out performance and operational excellence across all ID counters. The Retail & Education Manager will oversee retail operations, ensure brand standards are met in-store, execute effective training programs, and manage promotional registration for the ID counter network. This role acts as the key link between the field teams and internal departments to ensure smooth, result-driven retail activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance &
Business Development• Monitor sell-out performance by store; analyze data and identify sales opportunities.
• Work closely with BA Team Leaders and Beauty Advisors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute counter-specific sales initiatives (activations, events, animations) to drive traffic and conversion.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and commercial priorities at store level.
2. Retail Operations
• Ensure all counters meet brand standards in terms of image, cleanliness, merchandising, staff grooming, and sales processes.
• Oversee stock availability and stock rotation, coordinate replenishment needs with logistics and commercial teams.
• Serve as main contact for day-to-day operational issues at store level; liaise with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
3. Training & Education
• Design and deliver regular training sessions to retail staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Coordinate product launch training aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through in-store observations, mystery shopping, and performance metrics.
• Support BA development plans and coach key talents to improve overall team competency.
4. Promotion Registration & Implementation
• Register promotional campaigns for ID counters with authorities and internal teams, ensuring timely approval.
• Ensure all promotions are correctly deployed and communicated at store level.
• Monitor campaign results and gather feedback to improve future promotions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policy in all promotional activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail industry.
• Strong leadership and retail operation management skills.
• Proven experience in staff training and sales coaching.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores nationwide.
