Verify and process daily accounting documents and payment procedures on MISA.
Record transactions, revenues, and expenses in the MISA Amis accounting system.
Approve offline and online sales orders for invoice issuance.
Prepare and summarize monthly revenue and expense reports for management.
Support payroll and commission calculations for
sales staff.
Monitor input and output VAT invoices, and prepare quarterly tax declarations.
Handle personal income tax declaration and payment for employees and collaborators.
Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and accounts payable/receivable.
Track and report inventory movement, participate in quarterly stocktaking.
Calculate COGS, selling expenses, and profit/loss monthly.
Prepare quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
Analyze costs, revenues, and business risks to support management decisions.
Assist in managing the CRM sales system on MISA.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data handling.
Familiarity with MISA or FAST accounting software is preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing documents.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

English or Chinese is required.
