KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
1. Retail Training Management
• Manage assigned territories, including store mapping, visitation planning, and training coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail Brand Representatives (FFs), Sales Promoters (FSMs), and Store Managers.
• Ensure consistent training presence and engagement across retail locations.
2. Training Delivery & Capability Development
• Manage daily inbound and outbound operations via CWMS system.
• Deliver in-store, classroom, and online training programs aligned with country training strategy.
• Utilize training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, WeLink) to ensure large-scale training coverage.
• Support product launches by deploying timely and effective training sessions.
• Develop training materials and provide product knowledge, selling points, and usage guidance.
• Provide ongoing online support for promoters, including FAQ and product-related inquiries.
3. Training Operations & Reporting
• Track training effectiveness and monitor learner progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports, covering both offline and online activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and continuous improvement of training programs.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail training, product training, or soft skills training. Familiar with warehouse processes and operational workflows.
• English is required for daily working communication. Chinese is an advantage.

3. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
