Two years working experience required.
Bachelor degree is required and Higher Education is preferred.
Proven experience with computers and business software.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encourage/required (depending on guest contact level).
Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven successful sales record. Ability to structure sales quota goals and revenue expectation, while creating measurable results.
Strong math skills and familiarity with statistical reports.
Ability to implement strategic plans.
Exemplary contract negotiation skills.
Knowledge of market segmentation, yield and inventory management.
Ability to create and present visual and oral presentations.
Capacity to foster productive relations and communicate ideas, thoughts and direction in client and group meetings.
Excellent guest service skills. Ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy. Exercise confidentiality with hotel and guest data.
Adheres strictly to confidentiality agreements and other policies and procedures provided by the company and appropriate for the region.
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.

Yêu cầu
Manage and drive E-Commerce sales force to achieve sales target.
Recommend online sales &marketing campaign.
Act as a liaison between the E-Commerce website and the public, as well as a contact person between the Hotels and its existing and potential online travel agents (OTAs) and markets (both B2B and B2C).
Track online sales progress by analyzing sales statistics, conducting online traffic studies, and analyzing third party data.
Conduct consumer research and analyze website usage to identify new opportunities and improve the current state of website performance.
Responsible for on-going internet searches to identify websites and travel booking sites promoting the hotel(s) (including but not limited to travel distribution channels, wholesalers and travel endorsement sites) and ensure that positioning on any internet site meets brand standards for copy, pictures, etc.
Monitor your hotel(s) presence on social media sites, and review and respond to all user reviews (positive and negative) through appropriate channels.
Assist with on-going e-mail marketing program/ promotional program to targeted audiences.
Support the sales department regarding e-proposals, PowerPoint presentations and other electronic media.
Constantly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications (either online or offline) and maintaining networks with industry players.
Identify and attend appropriate conferences, workshops or industry events with the purpose of developing relationship with industry players and raising the company profile in online community.
Constantly increase awareness of the latest market trends on online related matters.
Understanding of travel channel distribution sources and technology, and monitors hotels positioning associated with them
