We are looking for an experienced Revit Architect to join our residential construction projects in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed technical drawings for residential projects, ensuring accuracy and construction efficiency.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to optimize designs and maintain safety and aesthetic standards.
• Build and manage the technical architecture team, ensuring work efficiency and fostering teamwork.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical architecture for residential projects.
• Proficient in Revit and other supporting design software.
• Strong team-building and management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and support team members.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the U.S. market or a strong understanding of U.S. construction standards.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
