Mô tả công việc
Law Check: provide general legal opinion
Law Update: update important new laws and regulations by regularly
Contract Risk: provide legal opinion to reduce risk associated with general contract documents
Project Risk: coordinate for any business compliance project(s); provide the key term opinions on the risk management project(s)
Standard Contract: develop agreed form of contract(s) for subsidiaries
Legal Database: develop in-house law database for users friendly. Compliance officer can coordinate with law firm for such law database and update; keep the relationship with the law firms for recommending the right person to subsidiaries.
May be assigned to work, one or more, as functional matrix with related department: HR Department, Intellectual Property (IP) Department, Investment coordinating Office
Working System: build the working system for/related to Legal Overseas, Law Update, Knowledge Management, Compliance Request, Law Filing, Legal Seminar
Development: visit SCG Legal, Seminar Outside, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc
EDUCATION BACKGROUND;
Bachelor Degree or higher in law or business law or any related field from university in Vietnam or abroad.
WORKING EXPERIENCE;
Have at least 3 year experiences in related position.
Have experienceis in an international matrix organization/s is preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;
Good in English and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
Able to build network relationship.
Willing to travel for the job (domestic & oversea).
