Senior Officer, Debt Management (40001208)

Implement and complete 100% of the assigned plan in each period.
Perform debt settlement operations in compliance with TCB and TCB AMC's processes, regulations and professional guidelines and ensure maximum benefits for TCB.

1. Directly performing debt settlement activities to recover debts:
- Receive, manage, handle and recover debts under their management under the direction of competent authorities;
- Directly work with customers, guarantors and related parties to organize debt recovery / directly handle debt and manage debts from receipt to settlement.
- Assess the ability to handle and recover debts by means of seizure/sale/procedure/judgment enforcement to submit to competent authorities for approval;
- Carrying out measures to urge debt collection and other waste management measures under decisions of competent authorities;
- Monitor, urge and supervise other professional units/departments to handle and recover debts in accordance with the approved waste disposal plan;
- Proactively and/or coordinate with relevant units to handle problems arising in the process of debt settlement;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between the Company and other units in the system and with other relevant organizations (Courts, Procuracy, Police, Judgment Execution...).

2. Advise the competent authorities:
- Proactively propose process improvements to relevant units in order to bring the highest efficiency to Techcombank's debt settlement.
- Advising the Head of Department / Team Leader in the process of developing or coordinating with other units to develop draft documents related to debt collection activities in the whole system.
3. Other responsibilities:
- Update and report to the Competent Authority on the progress and results of the implementation of the debt settlement plan periodically/at the request of the Competent Authority.
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Executive Officer/ Senior Director/ Director/ Team Leader.
- Implement and participate in activities to build the company's organizational culture.

University graduate or higher, majoring in Law/Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Administration
Experience:
- Expertise: 05 years working in the field of debt settlement or Police/ Procuracy/ Courts/ Judgment enforcement

Foreign language (English): According to Company's regulations from time to time
- Understanding of the Vietnamese legal system.
- Understanding of debt settlement business
