* Your Role
• The Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist has general responsibility to Site manager in customer service, Distribution, Cross border trucking service, Sea/ Air import/ export custom clearance, order handling, truck planning, data, KPI control and supervise all activities related to distributions per assigned customers.
• Maintain good relationship with customers/ internal customer and subcontractors
* Your tasks and responsibilities
• Daily communicate with team, checking document (DO/CO, EIR receipt, BL, invoice/ packing list...), follow up CDF with sub-contract, handling custom clearance service.
• Daily communicate with internal team, subcontractor, customer and relevant parties to get smooth operation in import/ export sea/air services.
• Understanding of coordinating process of import and export for truck transportation
• Ensure driver compliance on safety, receiving and delivery process.
• Follow up and require driver to acquire 100% on time delivery and other agreed KPIs.
• Update daily operation report and KPI accurately and meet Kuehne + Nagel request.
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
• Conduct operation in line with SOPs, working instructions.
• Maintain team work, productive working environment.
• Willing to work overtime / shift and ad-hoc task in case of need to complete service.
• Handle cross booking request from nominated and free hand customers.
• Follow shipping instructions from sales department, destinations and customers.
• Follow the working instructions and SOP to full fill their job properly.
• Close file, do FSL, collect money.
• Resolve, Report, Record complaints in professional manner.
• Train new employees if requested.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related field
• At least 05 years working experience in Sales of Freight Forward. Experience in Sea Logistics is an advantage
• Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and customers
• Customer orientation
• Good at communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.
• Good at Analytical & Organizing skills.
• Good command of English
* Work location:
19th Floor, VCCI Tower, 9 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
* Work hour:
8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month
• At least 05 years working experience in Sales of Freight Forward. Experience in Sea Logistics is an advantage
