1. Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with the company's overall goals.
Guide and support subordinate managers in planning, executing, and reviewing performance against targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during bidding processes to maximize business outcomes.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends; identify potential risks or growth areas and propose timely strategic responses.
2. Market &
Business DevelopmentRepresent the company in identifying and cultivating new business partnerships.
Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns.
Work closely with internal teams to launch new products and enhance service quality.
3. Organizational & Team Development
Design and propose organizational structures to support regional growth.
Partner with HR in recruitment, performance evaluation, and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right roles.
4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Act as the company's representative in maintaining strong relationships with partners, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
Foster a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service standards.
5. Budgeting, Resource Allocation & Risk Management
Oversee budget planning and ensure efficient use of resources to support sales operations.
Implement clear and consistent communication systems to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
6. Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior leadership to support business needs.
