Est Rouge is currently seeking a SaaS Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects. Est Rouge is an IT solution provider, who currently is developing a new software product that supports recruiting and project/business resource management for tech companies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Setting Inside Sales and Field Sales team: design a team with a business owner and create job description with HR for sales personnel
• Defining and Setting a sales funnel/pipeline
• Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
• Setting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets with a business owner and meeting the targets
• Managing potential client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
• Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
• Communicate with marketing, customer success and development team for better customer experiences and customer acquisition
• Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Calling to establish new opportunities
• Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
• Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
• Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels
