- Responsible for daily activities related maintain the HSE management system.
- Checking safety conditions on-site, assessing potential risks and recommending solutions.
- Developing and implementing safety procedures and regulations.
- Inspecting and reporting strict equipment, fire prevention and fighting equipment, and labor protection.
- Handling and reporting incidents, emergencies, and occupational accidents.
- Provide support to Project and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety issues.
- Ensure all worksites are HS compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular HS audits in the areas of business operations.
- Creates policies and guidelines related to sustainability programs affecting the organization's health and safety.
- Prepare annual HS reports in compliance with government and stakeholder reporting methodologies.
- Others as assigned by the HSE manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Engineering or any equivalent
- At least 2-3 years' experience in HS fields in manufacturing sector
- Good English communication skills
- Understanding of the interpretation and application of ISO45001, VN Law on OHS
- Have knowledge of current HS issues, methodologies and practices
- Possess a strong working knowledge of HS processes including Root Cause Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out, PPE Assessments, PTW - Permit to Work, Site construction safety related inspection, Ergonomics, Design Safety Reviews, Contractor safety management, Equipment having strict requirement on labor safety, Chemical Safety, Confined space safety, Work at height safety, etc
- Have knowledge and understanding of the ability to review and interpret and apply Safety legislation, standards and regulatory guidance material
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently as well as a team
- Mature, careful and result-oriented
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
