Sales Assistant Job Description
Department: Sales Assistant team
Location: HCM Reporting to: Group leader
General Purpose of the job: Support front sales team to achieve revenue target and develop sales skills and IT knowledge
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Access necessary system and list up necessary operation
- Contact counterpart and prepare necessary documents, such as quotation or PO.
- Get internal confirmation and send the documents to the customer by email and follow the next action.
- Communication should be by Japanese and English.
- Try to build and keep good relations with customers as well as relevant sections.
- Try to standardize and improve the work follow.
- Working and managing partners on delivery schedule
- Communication with Japanese customer & Local PIC via email, phone
Yêu cầu
- 01-02 years of experience in business environment
- Japanese is a must, N2 or equivalent level.
- Good English communication
- Coordination and organization skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- IT background or understanding the IT products (both hardware and software) is referable.
-Living or working experience in JP is refered
