Mô tả công việc
**Missions:
- Understand business model and business strategies
- Setting up financial models: limits, norms and contracts
- Balance and control cash flow
- Training and developing team, coordination mechanism between agencies, retailers and localities
- Develop systems of regulations, processes, rules
- Organizing, implementing, monitoring and controlling risks
**Job Descriptions:
1. Executive Duty:
- Determine the business direction that affects the sustainable development of the Company
- Build efficient growth processes and infrastructure
- Ensure functions and maintain working relationships
- Lead the regional sales department in charge of drafting, implement and evaluate business decisions
2. Marketing Duty:
- Develop marketing strategies: focus on market penetration, sales growth, especially in attracting customers's sales and targeting market demand.
- Monitor the Company's marketing effectiveness and intervene if necessary
3. Business Duty:
- Professional bulding for Company's image and style; Make a yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plan
- Identify product features for Marketing positioning and maintain the Company's brand through development and marketing of new products, responsible for efficiency, sales on each product.
- Manage the Company's business activities to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese Law
- Responsible for production and business activities beyond the Board of Directors and State management agencies.
- Research distribution channels for achieving business development goals, such as internal sales, direct sales, retailers, shops or agencies.
- Make decisions related to business issues, include: sales, marketing, customer service.
- Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors
4. Sustainable growth Duty
- Determine the direction to develop business strategies to achieve the biggest goal of sustainable growth, expanding the scale of operation under a non-competitive mechanism, in order to create business opportunities suitable to revenue growth target
- Collect, analysis and evaluate market information in order to make policies for developing new markets, building close relationships with buyers, figure out business's gaps lead to problems.
- Build and develop customer service, Organize and handle customers' complaints
- Lead the market, grasping business development trends, responsible for building short-term and long-term financial resources for the goal of maximum cost savings, revenue growth and sustainable development.
5. Human resource development
- Training staff to ensure adequate human resources for the chains, retailers, companies within the scope of responsibility
- Recruitment and training sale teams.
- Evaluate subordinates
- Collect and approve relevant HR quality indicators
- Understand business model and business strategies

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENT:
1. University graduate or higher majoring in: Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other equivalent majors.
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in the business field, of which at least 3 years experience in the position of business management, customer development (OTC, ETC), functional food, food supplements.
***NOTE:
- Must have at least 05 (five) years of experience in the field of Medicine/Pharmacy/Health care.
- Priority for candidates with experience in the field of distribution of health protection foods / functional foods and imported cosmetics.

5. Domestic and foreign negotiation skills
6. Honesty, initiative, creativity, responsibility and decisiveness; Able to withstand high pressure and acceptance for frequent business trips.
7. Strategy planning and implementation skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1. Working conditions:
- Basic conditions, equipped with office equipment, stationery, work-related documents according to the Company's regulations;
- Participating in basic training courses during the probationary period according to the company's regulations
- Participatie in basic or advanced training courses according to job requirements;
- Guaranteed of the employee's rights according to the Regulation on salary and labor;
2. Working principle:
- Strictly comply with the provisions in the Employee Handbook, the Company's regulations, processes, and professional guidelines:
- Attitude and behavior in accordance with the Cultural Values specified in the Employee Handbook
**Other terms:
Other commission and benefits according to the Company's Salary Regulations and the capacity for accomplished tasks.
