Mô tả công việc
Planning and Implementing Business Strategies and Plans for the Business Center:
Develop business plans based on approved strategies (Research and analyze the market, customers, competitors; create an implementation plan; develop human resources and financial management plans; create an implementation plan, etc.)
Organize and manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the Center/Business Unit.
Implementing Business Development Activities:
Search for and develop markets/customers, be responsible for the business results of the Business Center according to set targets.
Participate in business projects and provide products and services to customers in the assigned market segment (Global).
Managing Sales Activities:
Manage and oversee all business activities, sales revenue, and costs for the Business Center.
Manage sales standards and policies in accordance with the company's regulations.
Supporting the Development of Business Service Policies:
Advise on pricing policies and customer support policies: Provide data on the market, customers, and products to help the Leadership of the Business Unit propose improvements to business service policies.
Reviewing and Finalizing Periodic Reports According to Company Regulations:
Reports on business results, market/products/customers/competitors, etc.
Operating the Department Efficiently, Aiming for the Company's Overall Goals:
Plan resources (human, IT systems, etc.) to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.
Organize implementation, manage objectives, control quality, and monitor the progress of departmental tasks.
Knowledge management: Add, use, and share knowledge within the department and with related departments.
Risk management and process management: Ensure ethical standards, legal compliance, and adherence to internal processes in management areas.
Managing Human Resources:
Workforce planning: Manage all human resource-related issues in the department, identify issues that may directly/possibly impact the workforce, and propose solutions.
Performance management: Set clear priorities, goals, and guidelines for teams, provide resources to support the teams in achieving objectives, regularly monitor, evaluate, and provide timely feedback.
Training and development: Develop training plans, create learning opportunities, and provide direction/consultation to employees; participate in the recruitment process and talent development for the company.
Developing organizational culture: Build a culture of cohesion within the team.

University degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of telecommunications.
At least 2 - 5 years of experience in a Business Management position within the Telecommunications/SI/IT market, with experience working with Global Clients.
Preference for experience working with system integration (SI) units.
Knowledge of technology - telecommunications, competitors, and the international business market (preferred).
Agile, flexible, with leadership qualities and good appearance.
Good team management and leadership skills for the sales team.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Off on Saturdays and Sundays).
