· Manage sales to distributor & sales to trade occurrence at as detail as possible and providing the periodical or customized sales reports / analysis.
· Set up template and schedule for sales occurrence report.
· Follow up with distributors, field
sales staff, related dept for the submission of daily sales occurrences Generate this information for the total daily or periodical company / region reports
· Provide any customized report upon management request.
· Consult and prepare for monthly / quarterly sales forecast or target
· Monitor the sales to trade monitoring system that the company provide to the distributors
· Make general and analytical reports
· Prepare Sales tools and standardized Sales forms and procedures (Scoreboard, Route card, Route book, Sales report...)
· Provide sales planning, tracking, control and audit procedures
· Assist SCM and ASMs to set up new routes and sales deployment strategies
· Participate in company's project (SAP, SDS)
· Implement other tasks assigned by Sales Capability Manager
