JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative support to the team
Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any))
Prepare internal documents: Payment request, Stationery request
Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager
Data collecting, customer research
Processing of invoices and expenses for the team
Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team's schedule
Internal and customer communication
Weekly contract and sales track
Support data management
Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1 year experience in a similar position
English Ielts 6.0 or relevant
Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client's projects and providing creative solutions to problems.
Client service mindset.
Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
