Mô tả công việc
- Support contact to PIC of customer, sales document creation
1. Create contracts, invoices, and other documents for existing or new customers.
2. Communicate closely with the PIC of existing customers for whom you are in charge.
3. Take over a new customer account acquired by a Japanese sales manager. After that, manage and respond to contracts and payment invoices as your new customer.
4. Update and maintain customer management database.
- Responsible for all HTL related operations
1. Accept HTL reservations (by phone, email, internal staff), enter data into the system, and create reservation confirmations.
2. Create HTL quotations.
3. Manage HTL sales numbers and trends.
4. Decide and create promotions together with sales team staff and GM.
- Support sales promotion and customer satisfaction events
1. Support the planning, preparation, and execution of events.
2. Work with the purchasing staff to purchase necessary equipment and communicate with vendors.
3. Collect and list data on the results of the event (preparation period, costs incurred, guests who attended, etc.).
- Responsible for OTA, Website, SNS, YouTube related matters
1. Regularly update official website, SNS and YouTube and ensure that requests and feedback from customers are resolved quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Update and maintain detailed information about hotels, including prices, booking policies, photos and customer reviews.
3. Monitor changes in hotel prices and promotions to be able to provide customers with the latest information and best benefits.
4. Prepare regular reports on sales, bookings.
- Team communication
1. Share information and cooperate with team members to solve all tasks smoothly.
- Others tasks are required by Teamleader and GM if any.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail;
• Like to write content, be able to operate SNS
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
