Follow up PO and production schedule, track daily shipment, invoices payment, and aging inventories
Report directly to Sales Coordinator on production schedule and delivery status
Follow instruction from Sales Coordinator on handling customer requirements, complaints, stock returns and warranty procedures
Preparation for shipment documents and other paperwork
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: College/Bachelor's degree is advantage.
1 year working experience/ Fresh Graduate is welcomed
Executive, Sales Admin - Support (mandatory field).
Experience in Print Packaging manufacturing line will be advantages.
Able to take work pressure from work.
Fluent in English is advantage.
Careful, well - organized, friendly, positive thinking, Hard - Working, responsible
Eager at learning and learning from doing.
Willing to travel.
