Liaise with the Pricing department to prepare quotations for customersSupport the sales team with order processing and documentationCoordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveriesAssist in managing export documents and international shipping requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelGood numerical ability, logical thinking, and presentation skillsExperience in sales admin or a similar role, preferably in export/tradingStrong written communication skills in EnglishDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskKnowledge of international shipping or export documentation is a plus
