Position Summary:
The
Sales Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can deliver growth through strategic outreach, excellent service, and effective team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, and business partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities in corporate health check-up programs and wellness partnerships.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Ensure all client interactions reflect FMP Clinics standards for quality, professionalism, and care.
• Represent FMP Clinics at networking events, conferences, and corporate presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or wellness services.
• Proven ability to manage corporate accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
