Support the
Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
Assist in managing the sales team: setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing support or training where needed.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations when required.
Handle inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or
business development, preferably in the logistics, freight, or aviation industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
