MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Quotations (receiving, creating and storing factory & customer prices)
Project consolidation (receiving, storing and distributing full information about projects)
Other tasks outside of direct calls that help sales manager close deals
1/ QUOTATIONS
Receiving full information from the sales manager / customers so a product can be quoted
Emailing full information to factories so they can quote, making sure they received it and getting the ready-date for the quotation
Making sure quotations are received on time by following up and resolving any challenges that may slow down quoting process
Checking quotations for correct information
Creating margins and final customer prices
Comparing quotations from different factories
Negotiating factory prices
Updating customers on the progress of quotations / projects
Confirming and storing factory and customer quotations
2/ PROJECT CONSOLIDATION
Receiving full information about a new project (design)
Compiling and storing full project information in an organized, easy-to-access way on Google Drive for the sales and production teams so an order can run in production, such as confirmed design, material, hardware and packaging
Emailing full information to factories and production team
Communicate with the customer to make sure all the specifications are correct
Updating factories and customers on project (design) progress
Sending confirmation emails on the final specifications of a project (design) to factories and customers so a PO can be raised
3/ SALES & OTHER TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with customers outside of direct calls to help sales manager close deals
Updating customers and factories on other activities outside of quotations and projects (designs), such as color panels delivery, hardware delivery
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
Researching and finding potential customers' information through different channels
Compiling this information following the company's template so the sales can promptly understand a potential customer's information and make a contact / call
Storing customer details on Google Drive
Consolidating and keeping track of sales interaction records
Organizing customer interactions / activities
Answer and follow up on customers' inquiries and orders following team leader's instructions
Participate in different trainings about products, markets, and customers
Monitor the process of cold sales (of the Sales manager), assist to make the plans and reports on daily bases to improve efficiency of the sales department
Putting together and reporting the performance of the sales team
Regularly organizing relevant reports of sales superiors to refer to the CEO
Carrying out documentation and related procedures: official letters, handover minutes, deposit requests, etc
May be responsible for maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems, updating customer records, and ensuring data accuracy
Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to coordinate activities, share information, and support the overall sales process. This may include scheduling appointments, coordinating sales meetings, or managing calendars
Following up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing post-sales support or assistance
Performing other related tasks assigned by the company and support other team members. Can be in charge of other duties as requested

Salary 14 Mil - 20 Mil VND a month (net).
