Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
Basic daily jobs:
- Answer and direct phone calls: Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries, provide general support to visitors and customers
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters
- Order office supplies: Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain contact lists and customer lists: For sales department and send sample
- Establish customer information file and customer contact systems
- Translate contracts, technical documents and other documents into Vietnamese or Traditional Chinese.
- Receive orders from customers, check stock, reply to customer delivery date, arrange the delivery output from warehouse then delivery to customers.
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants
- Record goods and sample input list
- Regularly check inventory in warehouse and office.
- Prepare goods forecast to manager for making new enough stock for customer orders.
- Annual warehouse inventory
- Forward the inquiry from customer to Sales department.
