Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
We are seeking a motivated and commercially-minded Sales & Business Development Executive based in Vietnam to support our expanding client relationships and growth initiatives across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Partnerships and Founder to build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at leading financial institutions.
This is a client-facing role, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, communication, and sales execution. The role is focused on developing our existing client base while identifying new commercial opportunities across our events, editorial content, training platform, and bespoke projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, including private banks, retail banks, asset managers, and independent wealth firms.
• Build relationships with senior professionals, especially in marketing, communications, business development, and product management roles.
• Understand client objectives and provide tailored recommendations on how Hubbis solutions can support their brand, thought leadership, or business development goals.
Sales and Commercial Execution
• Present and promote Hubbis partnership opportunities including:
• Event sponsorships and speaker roles o Editorial content and digital branding
• Professional development and training solutions o Customised campaigns and projects
• Manage the full sales process from opportunity identification and proposal development to closing and onboarding. Market Engagement and Representation
• Attend and represent Hubbis at our events and private roundtables in Singapore, Hong Kong, and other key markets in Asia.
• Provide regular client updates and manage ongoing communication to ensure strong visibility of upcoming opportunities. Product and Platform Development
• Gather feedback from clients to inform the evolution of our offerings.
• Collaborate internally to refine proposals and suggest new service lines or content formats to meet emerging client needs.
• Develop and execute a clear, structured sales plan aligned with company goals and individual KPI targets.
