Mô tả công việc

- Focus on business development by developing new accounts or increasing market share with existing accounts
- Seek new customers whose business profiles match the strategy defined by Sales Manager
Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers
- Develop and support new customers' growth, by developing products, trade lanes and industry verticals
- Handle RFQ and tenders
- Manage accounts to meet revenue, gross profit, sales activities, pipelines, and business owner KPIs for products including Air, Ocean, and supply chain solutions
- Manage and maintain CRM, Pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
- Effectively interacts with other departments including account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
- Study the market inclusive, but not limit to competitors, carriers, to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, changes
- Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels

Yêu cầu

- Diploma / Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/logistics industry with exposure to sales and business development
- Proven sales track record will be an added advantage
- Good adaptability, self-motivated, disciplined and result driven.
- Positive working attitude and a team player
- Experience and familiar in IA / EU / AU / US trade or eCom will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups
- Proficient in MS Office applications
