Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and
results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team in Hanoi. As a commissioned
Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Vietpay's Point of Sale
(POS); QR payments, and digital banking services to small and medium-sized
businesses in the Hanoi area. Your primary focus will be on identifying
potential clients, presenting our solutions, and closing deals to drive
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, mechanic shops, salons, and many other businesses that could benefit from our POS and digital banking solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Vietpay's POS and digital banking services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Vietpay's offerings.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Vietnamese speaker; you must also speak English to be able to communicate with senior management.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in similar technical fields, such as POS sales, payments, fintech, or banking industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems; QR payments, and/or digital banking services is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent native Vietnamese; with a good command of English language.
Compensation:
- Salary is between $250 USD to $3,600 USD per month; 6.3Mil VND (minimum) to 90 Mil VND or more per month.
- Your salary and success will depend highly on your performance and will be commission-based.
