JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for achieving personal and company's Sales Target by direct sales of residential properties to customers.
Establish and maintain database of existing and potential customers.
Prepare, develop, and conduct sales presentation for customer.
Assist
Sales Manager/
Assistant Manager in planning, creating, executing, and developing sales promotion plan and activities to achieve sales target.
Follow internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units.
Follow up closely on after-sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover.
Offer assistance and support for viewings of prospective customers introduced by agents/walk-ins and visitors in daily sales operation (where assigned).
Support on management of sales galleries, show units and sales office (where assigned).
Produce weekly/daily reports on sales activities.
Conduct customer surveys and feedback where applicable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have 1 - 2 years working experience in relevant areas.
Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills.
Highly self-motivated and have customer-oriented mindset.
Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative.
