Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, proposals, and sales materials.
Handle incoming client inquiries, coordinate with the relevant team members, and follow up on responses.
Maintain accurate client records, contracts, rates, and sales results in the system.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to deliver confirmed room bookings, group arrangements, and service requests.
Prepare regular sales reports, track contract validity, and follow up on the Sales team's action items.
Work with Finance and Sales to follow up on payment documentation and outstanding client balances.
Assist with client meetings, hotel site inspections, and other sales activities.
Yêu cầu
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Reservations, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
Good English communication and email-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with hotel management systems or CRM software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to organize and follow through on multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a service-minded approach.
Fresh graduates with a relevant background, good English skills, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
