Mô tả công việc
- Administrative activities:
· Hotel, air ticket booking for salesman in the BU as requested.
· Invitation letter for visa approval as supplier's request.
· Arrange / receive sample to / from customers, authority parties, or suppliers as per request and dispatch to right person
· Receive, dispatch and do document filling for the assigned BU as request.
· Lunch booking for BU staff.
· Collect information from BU staff for New Year card, hampers, calendars, diaries... arrangement.
· Claim checking and loading into SAP for salesman team & supervisor/ director
- Sales supporting activities:
· Monitoring stock, debt report, monthly sales report with salesman and report to direct supervisors periodically as request.
· In charge of procedure to create / revise new customer/ product/ supplier code for the BU
· Suport salesman in registering/ re-registering/ getting import approval/ relavent test as per Vietnam regulations to the activities of such dept
· Check inventory, client's credit status in SAP, check delivery schedule with logistic dept and prepare Delivery schedule, ask for approval from director upon salesman's request.
· Prepare quotation, contract format and related documents to support sales activities.
· Coordinate with Sales support department on checking the shipping schedule from suppliers, prepare arrival notice/ delivery schedule to customers.
· Participant in preparation for seminar, training, client's event of BU like document translation, printing, ordering souvenir gift .. as request.
· Support the sales manager/ directors in collecting information for market surveys/ sales data as request.
· Summarize and analyze the BU sales data/ stock report/ debt report as director's request.

Yêu cầu
• Graduated from College or University
• Minimum 02 years of Sales Admin experience
• Know how to use the software
• Can work independently and in groups
• Hardworking and honest
• Priority is given to candidates who are from Bac Ninh
