JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through new
business development, lead conversion and client relationship management across Tribe Hospitality's F&B venues.
The role focuses on developing corporate, group, event and other business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, group, event and other relevant segments.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and partnerships.
Represent Tribe Hospitality at relevant events and networking activities.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
Respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads, understand client needs and recommend suitable venues, packages or services.
Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up with prospects to maximise conversion.
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to confirmation and handover to Operations.
3. Client Relationship & CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage assigned clients and key accounts to develop repeat business.
Maintain accurate customer, prospect and sales information in the CRM system.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Sales Coordination & Contract Management
Coordinate with Operations to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and properly delivered.
Prepare quotations, proposals and other client-facing documents.
Support commercial discussions and negotiations within approved pricing and policies.
Ensure all confirmed bookings and client commitments are accurately communicated to relevant teams.
5. Reporting & Market Analysis
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversion, revenue, pipeline and key opportunities.
Monitor customer and market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
Salary: Open for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
